Hailing from Reunion Island, a tiny territory located in the middle of the Indian Ocean, Kaldeira is a death metal trio influenced by the likes of Morbid Angel, Neurosis, Gojira and early Sepultura.

They just released their debut full-length, Fournaise, a unique blend of aggressive yet creative riffing, blasting drums and sheer energy.

Kaldeira rose from the ashes of The Hill is Burning, another well-known act from the vivid reunionese underground metal scene.
